About Brace
Brace was born from a simple idea — that great food brings people together. Eight years on, we still combine fresh, seasonal ingredients with a passion for flavour to create dinners people remember.
Meet our chef
Chef Karim Haddad brings twenty years of kitchens from Beirut to London — and a stubborn belief that a dish is only finished when it's both beautiful and delicious.
